We are a company with several employees who work at home. Since 1997 we've
been sending pictures back and forth over the internet on a daily basis.
(Wich explaines the necessity for a cms)
We've tried several ways and systems. Now we've developed a way of working
that includes a hired ftp site where pictures are *parked* for as long as it
takes for the other side to pick them up. File-size is hardly an issue, this
way. Also the problem of bandwith is placed at the receiving end. (I don't
care how long it takes for them to pick it up, as long as I get rid of it
quickly)
The ftp site can easely be adapted so that others (without privileged acces)
can download files using their browser. That shoud work just fine, in your
case.
