for getting an answer of your question you must tell us more about your
workflow. Where do you create your trapping and overprint, do you use the
function in your Layout program or is it created from your image setter RIP?
If you use your Layout program you can use normally all Proofing RIPs which
can handle separated files. Our Best ColorProof RIP show you all the
trapping and overprinting, if you send separations to it.
But if you create your trapping and overprinting inside your image setter
Rip you need a proofing Rip, which handles the output information of your
image setter RIP. Best ColorProof reads the trapping information from
Heidelberg Delta Station and print shows all the trapping and overprinting.
