Renaming a profile externally does not rename it internally. Thus it still
has the old title in lists and applications. ColorSync may then choke on it
due to its inconsistant naming (if its checking is now that rigorous) or
perhaps due to there being another profile with the same name. The answer
here is to not rename profiles unless you have a utility for this, that will
similarly edit the internal name.
