Since this is an OS level driver, all files will be converted to RGB, if they
are not already there. Using the standard drivers for an inkjet is RGB
printing, the kind that we all have agreed in advance ProfilerPRO does an
excellent job of...

You can print to InDesign 1.5 with a free Adobe add on without a PostScript
RIP, via your RGB driver, using an RGB profile. Or you can use a RIP; Birmy
is out of business, but iProof, their decendent, still sells PowerRIP, which
uses ProfilerPRO profiles nicely. Other than learning how to adjust the
settings in ProfilerPRO for different papers, you should be all set.
