There are a couple of differences, which if not read carefully, may be
overlooked. To start with, I did not "claim" anything - I merely asked a
question. Secondly, I did not make any comments regarding design faults.
Lastly, I chose this device as an example mostly because it is well-known
that it is a good device (I have used it, as have countless others with
great success) and in that context, is a good example of why some theories
might not be big factors in practice. I guess what I considered to be an
evident point was as unclear as the i1 monitor calibration ;-).
