They have been listed here before. You can search the archives and also the
archives on the Adobe>user to user forums> PressReady .
The letter B is for best (highest res), N for normal (normal res), D for
Draft (lowest res and bi-directional). The papers are different for each
brand, Epson being GF glossy film, you can guess the rest.
