EyeOne monitor shadow

I'm testing EyeOne monitor, but the calibration & profiling always end up with plugged shadows. I can't tell the difference between 95% and 100% patch of gamma 2.2 gray scale.

I've tested with many different Mac/monitor combinations, but the results were the same. Upgrading to EyeOne Match 1.1 didn't cure either. I'm calibrating to the target white point of D50 and Gamma 1.8.

I think someone mentioned the same problem some months ago.
Any solution for this?
