My vote is for Kodak's Custom Color ICC. I use it frequently to do exactly
what you describe with my Epson profiles. Its a Photoshop plug-in and
allows editing with familiar Photoshop tools. Saving your edits in
adjustment layers makes refining them further very simple. The most common
edit I do with Epson profiles seems to be a slight Hue/Saturation move on
the reds.
