There might be options on the PC (or borrowing/renting a Mac in a
pinch), if you really need to tag these files. I don't know.
A really clunky way would be to use Photoshop 5.x or 6 and 'action'
scripts - but there must be better ways.
Can the images be put in a folder named ColorMatch RGB and a single ICC
profile stored in this folder with these images? The ICC software would
be set to _presume_ that the file in question is ColorMatch RGB -
without the need of an embedded tag. Seems easier to presume a known
profile instead of tagging 5000 files. If your workflow _requires_ a tag
and has no provision for assuming RGB input profiles, then I hope you
find an easy answer.
