David, I did not hear that Leaf uses ProPhotoRGB but more my assumption.
If you look inside the Leaf Profile Folder (in the colorsync profiles in the system folder), which is installed with Leaf Capture, you will find a ProPhotoRGB file. And when I have Camera RGB for the working RGB in the ICC Prefs in Leaf Capture all my exported files get tagged with ProPhotoRGB (a least that's what Photoshop says). I have not yet found a way to export an untagged file. How are you doing it and what version of Leaf Capture are you using? I have used V6.1b1 (with the CantareXY) and 7.0b7 (with the C-most).
