Sorry to post twice on the same subject.

You also should consider if you are using UCR or GCR, and how your profiling
package applies these. If you move to a heavier black generation and are
using GCR, you can introduce a lot of black in to your coloured areas as
well (not just black). This doesn't always behave the way you want it to.

If you are wanting to educate yourself more on Black generation, there is
some fairly good literature from GATF.
