Depends on if you renamed the profile or not. Throw out the colorsync cache
and temporarily remove the custom (your set-up) Photoshop colour preference
files. Restart and see what happens. I'm sure you're aware that Photoshop
has to be relaunched to take in account profile changes unlike Linocolor
that updates on the fly.

Other than the colorpicker or sample before and after parts in Lino the
behaviour, sounds like you've modified the table direction that do follow
what you've asked them to do. Make sure you're editng the proper directions
and not just the return preview side of the profile.
