I would recommend you get a copy of ColorVision's DoctorPRO, and darken your
colors in an image on screen in Photoshop until you get the preferred
adjustment, and apply that adjustment to the press profile. This (possibly
with a bit of trial and error) will get you the desired darker output profile.
