Subject: LaCie ADB puck: Can it USB??

I have a Mac 9500 with LaCie 21/108 monitor and a ADB puck. I want to switch over to
a G4 system.

Does anyone know if I can use ADB/USB adaptors to 1) hook the monitor to the computer
(LaCie call this the "Smart Monitor Connection"); and 2) hook the puck up to the G4s
USB

I know the adaptors are available, but will I be able to calibrate the monitor?
Control the RGB guns (apologies if my terminology is wrong).

No, it won't work. It will work with a Blue and White G3 using a Keyspan adaptor, but not a G4 because the ADB is gone. Griffin's iMate USB to ADB should allow it to work, but it doesn't. The LaCie software just doesn't understand what's going on.
