If your purpose is to have some kind of tool to compare your input data
with the common part of two press gamuts, I guess you can do something
like that, as others have started to reply.

If your purpose is to do actual separations with such a "metaprofile",
with all due respect I'd have to say that this is madness. Why have
profiles if you are willfully going to ignore what they are there for.
In any case, and in theory, two presses could easily have a similar
gamut but widely different profiles...
