Apologies list for omitting to edit the subject the first time around so
here goes again!

Well since you ask.....Can you please tell me how I get an X-rite DTP22
recognised by BestColor Medium for linearization?

After going through the hoops to do a linearization, BestColor tells me that
the instrument cannot be found. This is rather strange since it is working
well on the same computer with it's own ColorShop software.

I am using 4.2 on Win 2K and an Epson 5000.

Many thanks.
