ICC profile creator MCPX?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of which
application might have created an ICC profile I have. The profile creation
software is listed as "MCPX", and an "MCPX" CMM is listed as preferred CMM.
ICC format is 2.16, and profile connection space is Lab.
Clues anyone?
