Checked out Roberto's news on the new printers and found some other news
that may be of interest to the list members who proof with Epson photo
paper.
To our Valued Customers:
We have learned that the initial shipment of the reformulated Premium Glossy
Photo Paper, which began shipping in November, was a bad batch of paper. Due
to a production issue, some users may notice a powdery residue in the dark
areas of the photographs.
Therefore we are working with our sales channel to replace this bad batch of
paper. In an effort to help customers distinguish the correct paper from the
defective paper, we are adding a sticker on the front of the package that
specifies a December ship date or later.
For customers who have already purchased this defective paper, Epson will
gladly replace it. Customers should either call us at 562-276-1311 or email
us at email@hidden. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause.
The new batch will begin shipping December 15.
