Greeting fellow color geeks! I am working on an article and making some
screen dumps of gamut plots to help illustrate a couple of points. When I
plot the sRGB ICC profile created by Apple against the sRGB IEC61966 -2.1
from HP (manufactuer IEC?) I get slight descrepancies. What gives? Does
anyone know why there would be a difference between these two ICC/ICM
profiles? The HP profile says its a version 210 while the Apple lists 200 in
Gretag Profile Editor. Don't know if this is a clue. The HP profile was
installed by PS6. Heck if this start of something maybe I should also check
Kodak's flavor of sRGB. Any thoughts? Thanks.
