has anyone, using linocolor for scanning, noticed the problem with linocolor readings in RGB?
We created a grey scale in Photoshop which was pure grey throughout the scale. When opened in Linocolor it was no longer reading even amounts of RG&B.
We're having another problem in Printopen 4.0. When we convert a file from RGB to CMYK in Printopen, and use relative colormetric rendering, the colors are not optimized but the picture remains pretty much the same density. If we convert using perceptual rendering, which is what we do use, the color change is perfect but the picture lightens noticeably. Can anyone explain this?
Thank you,
