Well, you're not dealing with out of gamut color this way -:).
Of course I am. I'm dealing with it by clipping those out of gamut colors in
a RelCol conversion.
I simply don't find perceptual rendering working for the majority of images
that I've come across. The thing that irks me most about perceptual is that
it performs gamut compression REGARDLESS of whether the image has out of
gamut colors or not.
