I simply don't find perceptual rendering working for the majority of images
that I've come across. The thing that irks me most about perceptual is that
it performs gamut compression REGARDLESS of whether the image has out of
gamut colors or not.
Hmmm. It would be interesting if one could choose separate intents
for ranges of selected colors/hues. Another tool w/fuzzy control for
PS 7? That would help me with me red thread...
