Hi all,
nobody debating about CM on a sunny summer holiday Sunday morning?
Strongly determined to go deeper in this topic, I have downloaded Ben
Griffin's Profile Editor - just for studing - and opened the Swop coated v2
profile. I read:
Data color space cmyk (as I expected)
Connection space Lab (maybe this is the PCS)
Profile CMM Adbe (maybe it invokes the Adobe CMM as preferred cmm)
Rendering intent perceptual
Why? Is this a default rendering intent of the profile to be used by those
applications that don't allow to specify a rendering intent?
And then there is a xyz value for wihte, and a wtpt xyz tag: which of them
do I have to edit, for setting a paper color?
Has Profile Editor a standard interface for profile editing programs? From
where in the net can I download a demo of some commercial profile editing
software?
Thank to all
