Can I get densitometric readings from a Spectrolino and ProfileMaker? How?

You can get a little software package from GretagMacbeth called KeyWizard
that can grab the raw readings and enter them in a spreadsheet
automatically. It also has options for reading density plus a bunch of CIE
options (XYZ, LCh, Lab, Luv).
Not sure what "response" the density option emulates. Bottom line, if you
know the math to do it, this application can get the raw data into either a
spreadsheet/database where you can do the rest.
Go to their website <www.greatagmacbeth.com> and download the KeyWizard
manual. Page 11 of the PDF manual should show you what you need to know.
