what's with Epson Yellow ink???

I know we've beat this horse to death, but someone re-fresh my brain cells with why does the Epson yellow ink
fluoresce? I made 2 proofs of the same image yesterday. I left on in the light booth and put the other in a drawer
under the light booth. This morning, I pulled the proof out of the draw and put it beside the on left in the light.
Dam! these don't match, the one in the draw is to yellow. Why, why, Why???
