I'm the last person on the planet that can talk Windows. But I can tell you
that if you go into Photoshop 6's color settings and look at the RGB Working
Space popup, you'll see in that menu an item towards the top of the list
that says "Monitor: XXX" where XXX is the name of the profile. So you can at
least see if Photoshop is finding the profile you made from Optical. If not,
you've found your problem (the profile isn't being properly loaded and then
you'll need a Windows person to help you).
