How the CIEBasedDEFG CSA is applied is defined by the RIP programmer using
what in PostScript is called color rendering procedures.
Meaning that Distiller seems to apply a color rendering procedure
which overrides the specific and correct settings chosen by the user.
Sort of like having a gearshift which goes into reverse when you put
it in drive. Speaking of which : When the baby Mercedes was first
demoed to the press, the chassis / wheel positioning were off, so the
car failed to take a turn and rolled over like a turtle with all four
wheels sprawled in the air -:).
