Have you ever made a profile for the supreme scanner? set up the colorsync
in that software its very tricky, and it only embeds the scanner profile.
Maybe you can correct all the scans applying the same color server
transformation from the scanner rgb space to any RGB working space that you
desire or directly to the specific cmyk provider4s profile.

Oops, typed too fast, this is absolutely right. Save out tagged scanner RGB if possible, convert to destination RGB working space or destination CMYK production space in color server and also use color server to tag outgoing data with the destination profile.
