It depends if the company that is licensing the Pantone library for their
product has paid for the Lab values. VectorPro I know paid dearly,
ColorPicker too if I remember correctly (I know the new iQue product comes
with Lab palettes for Pantone Coated, uncoated, and matte libraries), but
Photoshop only has licenses for SWOP values and not Lab.
