Download PM315 off the GM site.

PM printer profiles were always 16 bit, in v2 also. But the spec has an odd 16 bit scaling. PM315 uses the right scaling, no scum dots.

And don't ask me to elaborate on the scaling. I'm not a mathematician, and that stuff is definitely for mathematicians.

(Just finished a short review and tried to wrap my head around it, but the wrapping came out reverse, viz my head was unwrapped -:).)
