What this is trying to say is that QXP411 supports deviceCMYK and deviceRGB in its PostScript, but only InDesign and Photoshop thirdly support Lab in their PostScript and their PDF.

Which in the current context means that you don't have to rely on Distiller to retag deviceRGB after you bring all objects into a single RGB source space before placing them in the page, the way you have to if you want a tagged RGB PDF 1.3 workflow, whether from QXP411 or InDesign 152.

(The four channel deviceCMYK workflow through QXP411 and InDesign 152 to Distiller for retagging is one channel too many for the web and hence not an option.)
