Comparing prints done on the same printer using profiles made with each
product, they were both acceptable but as a side by side comparison, I
liked the output using icc Print.

Both icc Print CMYK and RGB use a separate app called ChromaCapture,
which is used to measure the target data. This is saved automatically
into a folder which is later accessed by the icc Print app to build the
profile targets and later, after the profile targets are measured, to
build the profile.
The fact that there is no editing software says something about the
quality. (Maybe that's just a coincidence)
I think, like the input versions of this software, it is excellent
value for the price being asked.
