Well, the ink limit blame doesn't necessarily lie on the consultant; at
least one of the leading profiling softwares, in it's previous
incarnation (less than a year ago), had a bug in that it wouldn't obey
the ink limit you requested. I kept asking for 240% (Newspaper), and it
kept building with over 300%.
