Depending on the version of Quark you are using, Quark will convert RGB
tiffs to CMYK when printing. Version 4.x has the option to print as either
RGB or CMYK, and an extension is available from Quark (PrintRGB) for the 3.X
versions. It does not convert .eps imports, which is why your eps version
matches better.
