Oh, god! CSA? I did not see this approach until now.

Oh, I don't think this gentleman was involved. Try the PostScript Level 2 in-RIP CMS architect who spent six short days drafting and then dozed not for the customary one day but for all of eleven years -:).

Well, this recomendations are for QuarkXpress 4x too? if yes, how can I use
PDF color management in quark?

The simplest recommendation is to install iQueue 140, enable conversion for all formats (raster and 'vector' meaning also EPS and PDF) and color manage to the output/simulation space. Then pick up from hotfolder and place with Quark CMS switched off. Then print to a desktop print queue that proofs output/simulation space to destination proofer space on the fly.

QuarkXPress 4 uses it's internal PostScript engine to generate PostScript for Distiller. The PostScript is device colors only - untagged RGB or untagged CMYK. Lab gets converted to unknown CMYK. Do what you have to do before placing objects into QuarkXPress. So you can't use color management for PDF in Quark itself, if this is what you mean. Or maybe I misunderstood you.

QuarkXPress 5 ... hmm ... I wonder if this press beta is what will be released.
