Do you measure the white paper, before you take color readings?
The literature about this feature in scpectrocam is very lack.

Well, this made some difference in your reads, But, in fact, I don't believe
that will cause the mencioned difference.

Hmm, let me try again. Do you use the spectrocam application to made
your reads, or connect directly to your CMS application(qubyx.com) ?
Spectrocam (application) allow to export your reads in many file formats
like:
LAB, spectral, Colorblind, Logo..etc. All this files are text files, is very
usual to checks
the values reads inside this files
(simply to open in Word or someting like that).

this is your reference to 100% yellow? if so, do you read this color from a
pantone color swatch book??

I was thinking that your problem is in True 100% yellow CMYK...is not?
What you try to do? print a vector object using this Pantone
color applied in your desktop publishing application? ;-J
