I would think Photoshop should be all you need.
Can't you just take the file -
convert to profile (using the press or matchprint profile)
then
convert to profile (using the printer profile)
It does not seem to hurt as long
as you save your matchprint/press profile
and DO NOT convert your printer profile
back and forth.
