In general, they would both clip out to pretty much the same result. But
there is a *theoretical* capability to convert to a brighter Cyan from
ProFoto... I say theoretical because you would have to build that Cyan in
Photoshop; it would be just about impossible to find one bright enough from
an actual scan or capture.
