Hi All,
I need a little assistance again, this time in getting things right with
ProfilerPro and a Spectrocam.
Seems that I am unable to build a correct RGB profile for my Epson.
I have printed and scanned a chart, so far everything looks fine with
accurate color patches on screen. Then I export the values in
ProfilerPro format, and open them in ProfilerPro. I build the profile,
but then when I check the black and white values in the edit panel, they
are false. Both stand in the 40-50 range in luminance. The profile
edited with these values makes images look inverted for some colors
(orange is green) and are dark and bluish.
I have tried over and over without change, even when I printed another
chart.
Does someone have a clue on what I am doing wrong?
I am using Profilerpro 2.07 and Spectrocam 1.6.2 (Spectrocam UV) on Mac
with OS 9.1 (PS 6.0.1)
I scanned the chart from patch 1 to 27 in horizontal format.
Thanks in advance!
