ICM Profiles to ICC Profiles

Hello folks,
I have a situation that I hope someone out there can help with. I have a
profile that I created on a PC with Color Prof. I want to edit this profile,
however , I only have ProfileMaker for the Macintosh to edit it in.
Can anyone dierect me as to the way to translate an ICM Profile into an ICC
Profile?
