It doesn't. When you save as depending on you're options you may be saving
with out alpha masks , vignettes and screen res images for both Mac and PC.
EPS files are generally between 10 and 30% bigger than TIFF's but that can
be tailored with recent Photoshop versions depending on you're vignette
depth size etc. Included profiles shouldn't be more than the profile itself
which for a cmyk profile ranges from about 300K to 1.2Mb.
