ICM and Windows NT 4.0

Good lord, where is ICM installed on Windows NT 4.0? I figured it would be
a control panel, but alas, no. And where do I install profiles for
Photoshop to see? Where do I put the monitor profile? Does Photoshop 6.0
only see it through ICM, ala ColorSync on the Mac?

Eeeek. I'm guessing it may not have been installed in the first place...
