Why Do Wrong Profiles Load Sometimes?

I have noticed that on startup, my Mac sometimes loads the Generic RGB
Monitor ICC profile instead of the profile I created using Apples Monitor
Calibration utility. I can reboot to correct the problem.

Please advise if you can tell me why this happens and how the problem is
prevented.
