Sorry to disappoint you, but a Nikon 601 is NOT a digital camera. In my
experiment I took the shots on film and scanned the film. I think we all
agree on the possibilities of profiling a scanner.
But my proposition is that even if you would be able to measure the
spectral response of the sensor array through the lens, it would be in
vain. But I'm afraid we'll have to wait for the proper technology to
find out who's right. :-)
