I believe its notes that you should *not* convert on opening... it certainly
needs to.
Lets see... yes it states, complete with screen shot:
When you run Profiler RGB,it
may automatically open small RGB support files from time to time,as well as
the various Calibration Chart targets.All of these are tagged,by default,with
Adobe RGB.With the Color Management controls set this way,Photoshop 6 will
ask you what to do with these files every time that they open:
(Use the embedded profile, instead of the workingspace)
Respond as shown above,and click OK to continue.Do not click Cancel.
That covers it, though it doesn't actually spell it out.
