If you have a super fast machine dual G4 with OS X and give QTPro a good
chunk of memory you could apply a QT effects track to the video. The effects
track can convert in realtime from a source space (smpte-c here in the US)
to *system profile* aka monitor profile using the QT Colorsync filter. Too
intensive for many client's computers. . . today. John Z. and I talked a bit
about this stuff at Seybold.
