Hi everybody,
I've been a good student for almost a year, reading these columns with
interest and profit, thanks to all of you.
In my workflow I keep the workspace profile embedded until the end, ie when
I print, using preview settings in photoshop to check the looks of the
picture through my epson 1270 custom made profile.
Then I print using my workspace as the source space and "printer color
management" as printer space.
Don't know if this is right, but it seems logic and works too.
BUT I read that some people embed the PRINTER profile just before printing.
Doing so means that in the epson printer's dialog box the output (source)
colorspace would show "my printer's profile", OK til now?
Now just below in "Printing space", should I choose :
(i'm not too sure of the translation, my photoshop is in froggy french)
"same as source"
or
"printer color management"
or
"my printer's profile"
Anyway can somebody tell me exactly what the Epson driver means by "Printer
color management"
