Anyone compared the differences between Photoshop 6 and 7's Lab values for
the PANTONE Solid Coated Swatches? It's like day and night! Makes you wonder
which are the *real* (if such thing could be) PANTONE Lab colors? What
happened between 6 and 7 ? (I did not compare Photoshop 5)
Photoshop 7 Photoshop 6
------------ ------------
PANTONE Yellow C 89 -4 112 94 -11 127
PANTONE Orange021C 63 63 95 63 66 108
PANTONE Purple C 46 68 -48 47 76 -50
PANTONE Blue 072C 19 40 -79 14 69 -85
PANTONE ProBlueC 47 -33 -57 53 -28 -54
PANTONE ProCyanC 57 -38 -46 62 -31 -46
PANTONE ProMagentaC 45 78 2 47 81 1
PANTONE ProYellowC 89 -4 103 95 -14 91
PANTONE ProBlackC 9 0 0 0 0 0
That's not a small DeltaE difference here.
