Adobe lisences the libraries from Pantone. One could assume that they are
averaged or median measurements taken from a recent paper lot/swatch guide.
You'll notice in Photoshop that if you change any value then put that value
back to what it was this'll give you the profile interpreted values for that
library color as chosen in the custom picker.
