So you want to proof Hexachrome with inkjet CMYK? Maybe I am missing
something but there is a reason why people are looking towards Hexachrome
instead of CMYK for increased color vibrancy. The only printer that I guess
you could consider in-house is the Roland Hifi jet.
Kodak's announced their desktop Approval color system, First Check, that
runs using a BestColor RIP. Though the Orange and Green are not certified by
Pantone the system is touted for proofing in-house. Is this what you are
considering in-house printing? Haven't worked with the printer yet.

Maybe you should read the article before I start reiterating what I spent a
bunch of time putting together. I don't give away the *secrets* for free,
sorry.
If you wish a detailed list of RIPs that support Hexachrome ICC profiles for
separation at the RIP I'll be happy to share what I do know off list.
